Hey! It's me! I'm not sure if calling this a weekly devlog is the most accurate thing, but here's hoping we can get back to a more steady rhythm. Unfortunately, life has been busy (not the bad kind of busy, but busy nonetheless), and as a solo dev I've had to prioritise certain things over some others. Delays pile up, really. Slow and steady wins the race and all that, but I understand that waiting is frustrating, so apologies for that!

On the more positive side of thing, a programmer has taken an interest in my spaghetti code and has been very kindly making improvements to it to make my workflow a lot easier, so many thanks to them! I shudder to think of the amount of therapy needed to forget my poorly structured messes ;) Jokes aside, it means that scenes with more control for the player  (over implements/ panties down, etc) should be a lot easier to do, and there will be more of them than anticipated. It also makes the drawing process quicker since I don't need as many versions of each picture (which will also make the game less bloated, size-wise). All in all, great news!

I've also been drawing a lot, after an uncomfortable hiatus. We're back to a  pic or two a day at the moment, which bodes fairly well for the future. I've got next week off so I'm anticipating a lot of progress then. 

Keeping a balance between my full-time job, family life and soloing the development of all aspects of the game has been tricky, but hey, the results will be worth it! As always, many thanks for your continued support.
